Mayo Fiesta with Festive Drinks, Fiery Dishes and More
The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will take Cinco de Mayo fiestas to new heights with specialty dishes, drinks and a live Mariachi band, available exclusively on Sunday, May 5.
PT’s Wings & Sports, View Lounge, 108 Drinks and REMIX Lounge will get the fiesta started with house margaritas made with Cazadores Tequila Reposado, Cointreau orange liqueur, lime, agave nectar and sea salt; house palomas crafted with Cazadores Tequila Reposado, lime, Fever Tree sparkling pink grapefruit soda and sea salt; and Modelo Negra, priced at $5 each. Complimentary Jello shots will also be available with a minimum purchase of $10.
After working up an appetite, guests can also enjoy featured dishes at PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge, including chicken flautas with crema, queso fresco, pico de gallo and tomatillo-avocado salsa, priced at $17; shrimp flautas with crema, queso fresco, pico de gallo and chipotle-avocado salsa, priced at $19; and a fire-marinated skirt steak and shrimp platter with rice, beans, guacamole, red salsa, tortillas and queso fresco, priced at $32.
