Rise a Glass to National Wine Day at
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway

Boasting one of Las Vegas’ most diverse wine collections, La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway, located at Wynn Las Vegas, will toast National Wine Day with sommelier selects by the glass, available exclusively on Saturday, May 25.

The featured wines, curated by La Cave’s knowledgeable Sommelier, Erick Ramirez, will be poured tableside with the freshness of a newly opened bottle through Coravin wine technology, which makes it possible to pour wine without removing the cork. The wines include 2010 Hawk and Horse Cabernet from Red Hills, Lake County, California, an aged biodynamic wine, priced at $52 per glass; 2019 Renato Ratti “Marcenasco” Barolo from Piedmont, Italy, featuring notes of dark fruit with hints of tobacco, priced at $35 per glass; and Château Mongravey from Margaux, Bordeaux, France, providing a fine palate with notes of black currants, plums and dark cherries, priced at $31 per glass.

The special wine selections beautifully pair with La Cave’s signature dishes including sirloin steak with creamy white polenta and mushroom fondue, priced at $34; charred octopus served with crispy potato and fava bean puree, priced at $29; crispy eggplant parmesan flatbread featuring cherry peppers and ricotta, priced at $23; and Chilean sea bass made cacciatore style with tomato, Castelvetrano olives and roasted peppers, priced at $31.

La Cave offers an intimate dining experience in a cozy lounge and dining room, capturing the essence of spring in the indoor/outdoor garden room and terrace, which are framed by breathtaking views of Wynn’s vibrant gardens and pool and a floor-to-ceiling ‘living wall’ adorned with live succulents.
