La Strega to Introduce “Witching Hour”
A unique take on the classic happy hour experience

La Strega, Summerlin’s bewitching trattoria and locals’ hotspot for coastal Italian cuisine, is set to launch “Witching Hour,” its take on the classic happy hour experience, daily from 4-5:30 p.m., starting Tuesday, April 23 in the loggia.
“Witching Hour” draws inspiration from “La Strega,” which translates to “The Witch” in Italian and signifies the caretakers of the region.
Witching Hour’s featured drink specials highlight $10 cocktails, $8 wines and $6 brews. House favorites include:
- Fragola spritz made with fresh strawberries, rinomato, lemon and prosecco
- Sangiovese, Gabbiano, Chianti, Tuscany, Italy 2021
- Peroni, Piemonte, Italy, lager, 5.1% ABV
Plus, to complement the specialty beverages, guests can indulge in Witching Hour bites, such as:
- Warm tangerine and chile olives ($6)
- Wagyu carpaccio made with tonnato, pickled mustard seeds and little gem lettuce ($16)
- The Garden made with foraged vegetables and gigante bean purée ($8)
- Focaccia bites with a choice of prosciutto or ricotta ($6)
- Polpettine made with beef meatballs, whipped ricotta and pomodoro ($12)
- Butcher board made with chef’s selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses ($18)
