DINING OFFERS IN JULY
JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino – the lushly landscaped, 54-acre Summerlin destination for exciting gaming, tempting dining, elegant accommodations and a luxurious spa – announces spa, pool and dining offers in July, including a brand-new smoked prime rib Sunday dinner special at Hawthorn Grill as well as a fresh happy hour menu at Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro. SPA AQUAE MEMBERSHIP AND OFFERS FOR LOCALS
Spa Aquae is a center for holistic wellness, treating mind, body and spirit. Las Vegas’ most relaxing and rejuvenating wellness destination is offering an ongoing membership program, including access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-ed Hydra Lounge and complimentary amenities. Packages start at just $169 per month and include preferred pricing on spa treatments, retail discounts, a welcome gift and more.
For Las Vegas locals, Spa Aquae always offers a 30% discount on its full roster of spa services Monday – Thursday and a 20% discount Friday – Sunday.
JULY POOL HOURS AND OFFERS
In July, the resort pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The pool is complimentary for hotel guests; for non-hotel guests, access is available for a nominal fee. Click here for details. The pool offers comfortable lounge chairs, towels and poolside dining at Waterside Café from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Poolside standard and grand cabanas are also available to guests visiting this season. A standard cabana includes a television, mini refrigerator with water, plush seating and designated cocktail server. Each cabana offers space for a maximum of six guests. A grand cabana is also available and includes double the amenities as a standard cabana for a maximum of twelve guests. Outside food and beverage is not permitted. For pricing, click here. JULY DINING SPECIALS
Clubhouse Deli
For $14.99, guests can savor the Clubhouse Deli’s chicken tender pita special with crispy chicken tenders, lettuce and tomato in pita. The dish is also served with chips and a drink. Rampart Rewards Player’s Club members can take advantage of this special for $11.99 with proof of their player’s card.
Earl Grey Café
This June and July, Earl Grey Café will offer a chicken fajita special daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The offering available for $18.99 includes sizzling chicken, peppers and onions served with tortillas, rice, salsa, sour cream and pico de gallo. For an additional $1.99, guests can also add a soup or salad to their special. The offer is available for $12.99 with proof of a player’s card.
Hawthorn Grill
Every Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m., visitors are invited to enjoy Hawthorn Grill’s brand-new smoked prime rib special for $89 per person, plus tax. The offering includes mouthwatering smoked prime rib served with grilled asparagus, popovers and au jus. In addition, Hawthorn Grill is also offering a happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. at the bar and on the patio.
Jade Asian Kitchen
Jade will offer its happy hour at the bar and patio from 4 to 6 p.m. Guests can savor specials on cocktails, beer, wine and dishes.
Two-for-One Lunch and Dinner at Market Place Buffet, July 17
On Wednesday, July 17, players earning 50 same-day points will receive two-for-one entry to the Market Place Buffet. Regularly priced at $32.99 per person, the buffet is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m.
Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro
Starting on Monday, July 29, Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro will offer a brand-new happy hour. Offered daily from 4 to 6 p.m. at the bar, around the promenade and on the patio, guests can enjoy 50% off select cocktails as well as specials on beer, wine and happy hour dishes.

Market Place Buffet
The Market Place Buffet, the only buffet in Summerlin, offers an ongoing roster of weekly dining specials. Specific offers and pricing follows:
- Aloha Night Dinner served every Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. $32.99 for adults, $27.99 with Rampart Plus Card & above and $19.99 for children 12 and under.
- Fiesta Night Dinner served every Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. $32.99 for adults, $27.99 with Rampart Plus Card & above and $19.99 for children 12 and under.
- A live mariachi band will also perform on Tuesday, July 2.
- Deli Night Dinner served every Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. $32.99 for adults, $27.99 with Rampart Plus Card & above and $19.99 for children 12 and under.
- Dinner Buffet served nightly from 4 to 8 p.m. $32.99 for adults, $27.99 with Rampart Plus Card & above and $19.99 for children 12 and under.
- Champagne Brunch served every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. $33.99 for adults, $28.99 with Rampart Plus Card & above and $19.99 for children 12 and under. Guests under 21 are not permitted to drink champagne or any other alcohol.

Hawthorn Grill is currently open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Beginning on Thursday, July 25, Hawthorn Grill will be open Thursday through Monday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sunday and Monday and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Beginning on Thursday, July 25, it will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Guests should note Hawthorn Grill will be closed for renovations from Monday, July 29 through Wednesday, July 31.
Jade Asian Kitchen
Now offering Teppanyaki; reservations required. Open 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 5 to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
Market Place Buffet – now open seven days a week
Open for lunch Monday – Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Open for dinner nightly from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro
Spiedini is currently open Sunday through Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. Beginning on Monday, July 29, Spiedini will expand its hours to be open daily from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Starbucks
Open Sunday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Summerlin Room
Rampart Rewards Player’s Club levels Summerlin, Premier and Elite required to enter. The main room is open Monday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. while the buffet is open Monday through Saturday from 2 to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. On Monday, July 22, the Summerlin Room buffet will offer a special Deep South menu of fried foods and hearty desserts from 5 to 7 p.m.
Waterside Café
The Waterside Café is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and offers a selection of salads, sandwiches, burgers and tropical drinks in a casual poolside atmosphere.
