July Heats Up with Exciting Summer Events at UnCommons
The bustling mixed-use community in Southwest Las Vegas continues to debut
new culinary hotspots and more interactive community programming this month
UnCommons, the mixed-use community developed by Matter Real Estate Group located at the 215 Beltway and Durango Dr., will host recurring community events and welcome new tenants throughout July.

Available Throughout July
- Siempre, J.B.,the haute new Mexican restaurant spicing up UnCommons, will officially open on July 3. Reservations and more information are available here.
- AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shophas announced a new prix-fixe lunch menu as well as grab-and-go options, now available Friday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. More information is available
- Throughout the month, Salt & Strawwill feature its Berries Berries Berries Menu, including five very berry ice creams. The flavors include Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie, Birthday Cakes & Blackberries, Huckleberry Cornbread Pudding, Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero and GoNanas Banana Bread w/ Strawberry Jam.
- Daela Cosmetic Tattoowill host its grand opening on Saturday, July 20. For more information visit the website
Weekly Events
- The Wineaux Club
- Wineauxwine market, bar and escape, now offers its own wine club. Each month, the Wineaux Club takes guests on a tasteful adventure with two subscription options, featuring new discoveries and a prestigious selection. Those who are interested can sign up on Wineaux’s website.
- Wineaux Wine Tasting
- From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday, July 3 and Wednesday, July 17, Wineaux will offer wine tastings at their communal wine table. Tastings include three 3-ounce pours of wines from different regions each week, along with light snacks. Reservations are suggested and can be made on Wineaux’s website.
- General Admission Trivia Wednesdays
- From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Wednesday night, General Admissionwill host its trivia night that is free to play with prizes to win.
Special Events
- Fast Lane Drive: Friday, July 5
- From 6 to 9 p.m., Fast Lane Drive will host Fast Friday, the ultimate automotive experience featuring a collection of over 30 luxury cars on display.
- Todo Bien: Sunday, July 21
- Todo Bien will hold an exclusive Tequila Talk hosted by The Tequila Collective at 1 p.m. Attendees can enjoy multiple samples from a curated list of additive-free tequila presented by The Tequila Collective founder Rob Gerard. Guests will also receive a gift bag with a tote, enamel pin and sticker pack. Tickets are $100 per person and available at com/todobientiki.
- National Tequila Day: Wednesday, July 24
- Siempre, J.B.,will be featuring its Buena Suerte (Good Luck) shooter made with Patrón Reposado & Fever-Tree. Guests who order the shot will also receive a gold coin that can be flipped for the chance to win a free second shot. Limit to one coin per guest and one flip per visit.
- From 4 p.m. to midnight, Todo Bienwill host an all-day celebration featuring drink specials, live music and exclusive merchandise. The event will feature Casamigos drink specials including the Hidden Gem specialty cocktail made with Casamigos Blanco, freshly juiced cantaloupe, watermelon, lime and topped with Fever-Tree club soda; Casa Fresca shots featuring Casamigos Blanco infused with strawberries and dried Morita chilies, lime and agave; classic margaritas made with Casamigos Blanco, fresh lime, agave, orange liquor, and topped with Fever-Tree club soda; and Casamigos Blanco and Reposado shots. Renowned DJ Sasha Marie of Soulection will bring her unique sounds for a live performance. Additionally, in collaboration with Feature and local artist Blaze Brooks, Todo Bien is launching a limited-edition capsule collection featuring t-shirts, hats and mai tai glasses that will be available for purchase. The first 100 guests will receive a complimentary mai tai glass.
