Easy’s Cocktail Lounge Announces New
‘Thursday Collective’ Stylings

Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, a sultry speakeasy hidden within the highly lauded Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, will transform Thursday evenings into a Thursday Collective, with a focus on intimate, acoustic musical stylings from solo artists and trios.
Featuring talented live musicians in one of Las Vegas’s most intimate spaces, along with expert bartenders and extraordinary cocktail creations, Easy’s Thursday Collective occurs every Thursday from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Thursday Collective sessions in July will feature Decades, a powerhouse trio blending genres and timeless classics that bridge generations; Indie Florentino, an electrifying fixture on the Las Vegas live music scene known for their dynamic performances and audience engagement; and Havana Express, a vibrant Cuban ensemble showcasing a fusion of genres and Cuban rhythms with an American twist.
Easy’s menu offers bottle and caviar service along with a selection of wines, beer and a variety of speakeasy libations to complement the occasion, including must-have “show stopper” beverages like the Shroomin’ cocktail, made with Botanist gin—a partner of the event—along with matcha and lemon honey and served in two mushroom-shaped glasses on a decorative mossy tray.
