After going through complete renovations, C&R | Public House & Eatery re-opens at Town Square featuring a new name, full bar and lounge, a refreshed menu concept, and an elite sports viewing experience with massive screens. Guests can now enjoy their award-winning pizzas and pies with a creative cocktail program that complements the high-end ingredients and techniques of the cuisine within the fun and energetic spirit of grubbing on game day.

Crust & Roux tapped the minds of award-winning chefs and mixologists to curate cocktails and bites that celebrate the nostalgia of game day fare while adding fine dining flavors and techniques.Crafted by celebrated Las Vegas mixologists, Crust & Roux features a sophisticated cocktail menu inspired by the classics. From tantalizing twists of timeless drinks to show-stopping presentations, both cocktail aficionados and those who are just getting into it can find something to enjoy. Menu highlights include:
- Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade: Weber Ranch Vodka, strawberries, fresh lemon, Fever-Tree Sparkling Lemonade
- Blood Orange Mule: High Ground Vodka, cointreau, lime, Fever-Tree Blood Orange Ginger Beer
- Peach Mojito: Sonrisa Platino Rum, peach, lime, mint, sugar

The food blends Crust & Roux’s signature dishes with creative, gourmet takes on classic sports bar favorites. Dig into scratch-made pizzas with inventive toppings or indulge in meticulously marinated chicken wings with house-made sauce for a satisfying game-day feast. Paying homage to the “roux” foundational to “Crust & Roux”, the white sauce and tomato sauces are now featured in a range of pastas such as the Chicken Penne and Spicy Shrimp Creamy Fettuccine.
