a night of networking, bubblies and celebration.
CliQue Bar & Lounge, located in the heart of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and renowned spirit brand Rémy Cointreau are partnering to celebrate the ladies that make the hospitality industry go round. Starting at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, the lounge will be filled with those new to the industry and hospitality veterans alike for a night of networking and celebration. Throughout the evening while networking and socializing, guests can enjoy a specialty selection of Telmont champagne cocktails and bottles, with options including the French Fizz, a refreshing twist on a French ‘75 made with Botanist Gin and fresh lemon juice, topped with Telmont prosecco; or the Telmont Temptress, a luxurious version of a pornstar martini made with vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, fresh lime juice and shot of Telmont Champagne; both priced at $20. CliQue’s full menu of handcrafted cocktails and tableside mixology will also be available.
These cocktails pair excellently with CliQue’s wide selection of light bites, such as flavorful spicy tuna crispy rice, made with fried sushi rice, tuna, chile garlic and roasted garlic ponzu, priced at $20; the hearty and savory flame-grilled wagyu sliders made with aged Vermont cheddar, Louis burger sauce, sweet pickle and balsamic onion, served with a side of skinny fries and priced at $26; or the decadently sweet deep-fried Oreos, served with a Nutella and Frangelico sauce and a marshmallow creme and vanilla vodka sauce, and priced at $15.
